Can you quote FOB and CIF on the same lane?
Yes. We price the main carriage and both ends separately so you can see exactly what changes between FOB and CIF and set your selling price on either basis.
How long does a rate stay valid?
Ocean rates are normally held to the end of the current tariff period, air rates for a shorter window. The validity date is printed on every quote.
Do you prepare the certificate of origin?
Yes. We select the form that matches your buyer market, prepare it alongside the export declaration and file it so the preferential duty is not lost at their border.
What happens if the carrier rolls my container?
We hold a fallback option on the main lanes. You are told before the cut-off passes, not after, and the replacement sailing is confirmed against your delivery date.
