Personal data privacy policy
We respect your data and use it only for the purpose you agreed to. This page sets out what we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what rights you have, in line with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

1. What data we collect
When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect the details you provide:
- Shipment detailsThe lane, service, cargo type, volume and notes you enter so we can quote.
- Basic technical dataBrowser and device information where it arises, used to run and secure the website.
2. What we use it for
Your data is used to prepare and send the quote you asked for; to contact you and advise on the shipment; to run and manage your orders if you become a customer; and to improve the service. We do not use your data for any other purpose beyond those set out above without your consent.
3. Legal basis & consent
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and on the basis of performing the contract when you use the service. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 6).
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing. Data is shared only as far as needed with the operating partners directly handling your shipment (carriers, airlines, customs brokers, trucking companies) or where the law requires it. Those partners receive only the minimum information needed to do the work.
5. Retention & security
We keep data for as long as the collection purpose requires and as the law prescribes, accounting records for example. Once it is no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data; to withdraw consent; and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 7; we will respond within a reasonable time.
