Does the quote include surcharges?
Yes. The quote is an all-in rate listing every origin and destination surcharge. Nothing is added after you sign.
Why is another provider cheaper?
Usually because that quote covers freight only, without THC, local charges or DEM/DET. Ask for a full itemization, then compare again.
How fast is a quote?
Same business day on common lanes. Specialized lanes take a full business day at most.
Does the price change after I commit?
The signed lines do not change. Only usage-based items such as DEM/DET from container dwell can arise, and we flag that exposure up front.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Every shipment closes with a valid VAT invoice that reconciles cleanly.
Do I need to see prices to know the line items?
